HOW TO: PREPARE YOUR DESIGN FOR DIGITAL PRINTING

Create a checklist and go through the file(s) in detail.

If you wish to request a quotation, follow the list (below) to provide everything needed for an accurate quotation, or simply call our sales team at +66 (0)2-285-4721-3.

Convert your design file to a PDF at the ‘Press Quality Format’ setting (or the highest quality).

Send your print file to info@creativedigitalprint.net or if your files are too large for email, you can upload them here or request for us to pick it up if that is more convenient.

Our team will check the file and send a price quotation for your approval.

Once you have confirmed, we will proofread the work and begin the printing process.

We’ll then work with you to agree on a deadline for final delivery.

TIPS FOR ENSURING TOP QUALITY DIGITAL PRINTS

We recommend you use a high quality design tool

Use CMYK colour for the artwork.

Leaving a 3mm border for crop marks so when the job is printed, it can be trimmed exactly to size.

Ensure that the pictures you use are of good, clear quality.

Ensure your text is clear and easy to read.

Convert your final print file to PDF at ‘Press Quality Format’ while keeping the original file, in case you might need to correct any mistakes. PDF files are the best for printing as it ensures that all elements in the final print products are present and have not disappeared under layers.
